I found a very reasonable supplier- a local music store! They
sell them to musicians for use with whatever. Be advised that
they have no idea what a single-pole, single-throw switch is.
You'll have to describe it in musician's terms. Perhaps tell
them you want a simple temporary on-off switch? Anyhow,
mine was only $12 plus tax. When you can get them for that,
it's hardly worth making your own....
