I just got a new(to me) Omni-V.That works fine , but
the S-meter seems to be very stingy . A signal that sounds
like it is 40 over only moves the needle to S5 , that's the
highest reading I've ever seen on the meter.I know that
there are two pots on the bottom of the radio one for
S-meter calibration and one for S-meter zero off-set.
I'm not sure which one I need to adjust , don't want
to mess the meter up worse than it is.
Any help would be appreciated.
