While some of the improvements in receivers using DSP
are fantastic and have been duly noted, so are some
of the communication modes such as PSK31 for performing
weak signal miracles. I've heard many stations report
that this mode got thru when they could not physically
hear the other station at all. Makes you wonder
what it will be like 100 years from now.
