Am I to understand that some, all or some of the various TT manufactured
equipment is not designed to withstand normal shipping conditions when using
prudent packaging? I find that hard to believe as they must ship most everything
they sell to the customer using most available common carries. I bet that there
is stuff that is in the equipment that the user needs to remove when unpacking
that is not replaced when shipped back to them.
