The answer was provided in response to a question posted on the
reflector. It appears to me (a rabid Ten-Tec fan) to be very objective
and directly to the point, regardless of it's being provided by a
competitor - e.g., don't expect a $900 radio to perform like one that
costs over twice that price. Let's not be rude to people seeking to
discuss objective facts, and let's try to keep the discussion going!
