[TenTec] Needing a 40 meter rig

Just bought a ten-tec pm3 and it receives but does not transmit - 20-40
meter.

Wanting to buy a working 40 meter tranceiver that workes and won't rob
my disability check.  Appreciate any help  A built one or whatever.
