Yesterday I have bought an Argonaut 509 on a flee market
for 25$ (Not a bad price for a working rig).
The TRX is without any kind of documentation but
is working in a way. 3W out and the receiver is nearly
OK. I have already made one QSO on 40m.
Both the Rx Freq. and audio level and offset changes a
little, specialy after switching something.
The radio has not been ON for lots of years.
I would like to clean it, both externaly and internaly and
tune it up. The chassis is in very good cndx, beside a thick
cover of dust.
Does any body have a service/user manual in an electronic
form ? (PDF, DOC, JPG) The paper copy would be great but I
do not assume people have 2 copies of that at home...
Any sugestions ???
