[TenTec] Crowbar in power supply

Well I crossed my fingers and looked in the 262M but no such luck. So is
this a Ten*Tec item or could someone please give the component list and
circuit description?   It sounds like a fairly simple thing, and I do
know that once in a while those transistors let go.
