Doug,
That displays the name or identifier that you put in the memory channel when
you add a new memory. Works somewhat like the alpha numeric display on the
Ten Tec Paragon, except this one will display the memory name while tuning
thru the spectrum if you are +/- 500hz of the memory frequency...
