This special event license, trustee W4VHF, was secured for the express
purpose of exchanging this call with stations around the world. Members
of the Carolina DX Association will be the participating stations, all
modes, all bands, throughout January 2000. A commemorative QSL card is
available, QSL Mgr is K4MQG. SASE appreciated, bureau cards will be
returned via the bureau.
