[TenTec] 1.8 kHz SSB Filters in Omni VI+

Wondering if it is worth while to install the 1.8 kHz SSB filters (one
or both?) in the Omni VI+?

With both 1.8 kHz filters installed is there any intelligence left to
listen to out of the speaker?
