You know, I am not sure the OMNI-D had provisions for any extra bands on
the bandswitch. You should telephone Ten Tec for a quick answer about the
practicality. I know the OMNI-D series B had provisions for additions,
the OMNI-C had them, but the plain D was really pre-warc and the
bandswitch may not have the positions available.
