[TenTec] 961 P/S Xmit Noise Fix

Thanks to all for your replys on my xmit noise problem. Bottom line is that
I moved the p/s to the right-hand side of the Paragon, and the noise went
away. I vaguely remembered something about that, from back when I originally
bought the p/s for another rig, but had completely forgotten about it until
you folks jogged my memory. Problem solved.
