[TenTec] Hamfest accomodations

I've procrastinated, but finally decided I would like to attend the TT
Hamfest. I'll need a room for one on Friday night. Does anyone have any idea
how hard it will be to find a room? Does anyone have a room they want to
share or a recommended place to make a reservation?
