[TenTec] RX-320 as a sub receiver for OMNI VI

I think it's a great idea (since I already have an RX-320), but it
would be even better if the OMNI's remote tuning encoder
could be made to tune the RX-320 so you wouldn't have 
to take your hands off the radio to find the computer mouse.

Harry (WA8HC), can I get my remote encoder back?  :)
