[TenTec] Herc II relay dropping out

It just acted up again, during a transmission.  The relay clicks while I
am talking, PTT held down.  I am using the TX EN and TX OUT lines from the
Corsair II, not the VOX line.  I suppose RF floating around could be
creating some havoc with these lines?  Anyone ever see this?  

I will switch rigs and wiring tomorrow to see if I note a change.
