The Brown Brothers paddle was a great design, too, in my opinion. Its
a nice simple design. They haven't been made in many years. At one
time the tooling was for sale in the QST Ham Ads. I read the
patent 3,757.045 via the web and it appears that it is not expired.

The T-T 607 paddle isn't great, but it isn't that bad either, and let's
face it: newcomers to CW are not going to spend $100 and up for a
paddle. The Brown Brothers design would be a step up from the 607
design.

                        73,

                        Bob WB2VUF
