New version of my Pegasus/Jupiter software and RX-320 software
are now available.

Highlites of the New functions for Version 1.45 of my Pegasus/Jupiter
Software are:

  1)
Made the green digits of the VFO B display brighter.

  2)
Made the frequency on the window text display only update
when minimized to help with screen flicker. Once the screen is
minimized, the next time the frequency changes it will be
  updated in the window text.

  3)
Fixed an occasional crash when the filter values are being
  changed.

  4)
If you click on the spectrum sweep while it is running
and you are not using the rx320 for the sweep display, the
sweep will immediately stop and the pegasus will go to the
  clicked frequency.

  5)
Added a frequency calibrate button at the top of the main
radio window. This button allows automatic computation of
  the Pegasus's frequency correction factor.

  6)
Added a line level slider to the Vox Controls window. This allows
the setting of the line level output independent of the speaker
  volume setting.

  7)
Added a TxLoop button to the tool bar. This button allows
the Tx Loop enable line for your amplifier to be controlled
from the front panel. A "TXL" indicator comes on to tell
you when TxLoop is enabled. This is to allow easy access to
the TxLoop control for amplifiers that do not have a standby mode.

  8)
Added the new TenTec noise blanker and speech processor functions.
The noise blanker slider is shared with the squelch slider. If in FM
mode, it is Squelch. In all other modes, it is a noise blanker.
The noise blanker has values of 0 to 7. Value 0 turns off the noise
blanker. Value 7 is for long pulse noises, value 1 for short pulse
type noise. You should use the lowest value that gives you good results.
The noise blanker setting is displayed at the bottom of the noise blanker
  slider.

The speech processor has a toggle button on the tool bar to turn it
off and on. If it is "on", you will see the word "Sp xxx", where
xxx is the level of speech processing, near the main frequency.
To set the level of speech processing, go to the SSB settings menu.
The range for the speech processor is 0 to 100. The value 0 is no
processing, and 100 is maximum processing. Experiment by listening
to your signal in another receiver. The monitor mode is ahead of the
speech processing, so the monitor mode is of no value for setting the
  speech processor.
