No it does not. It has the usual dual vfos, A/B and they expect you to first
establish the qso, hit the = button to sync the vfos then switch to vfo B
and adjust as if it were the RIT. This works but don't forget to switch back
to vfo A after the qso or you will end up transmitting on the wrong
frequency before long.
The Paragon has a similar arrangement. The Omni 6 has a real RIT.
