Hi Ray -

The 80 - 10 meter G5RV is not a really good antenna for 160 unless you can
"tie" the ground and center lead (or maybe the two parts of the twin lead
 section) together and feed it like a vertical antenna with the feedline
as the radiating element, top horizontal pieces as loading of the
vertical.  Some radials will help, but if you can short the leads
somewhere near the ground  (making the feedline nearly vertical) and feed
the center of some coax to that point, you should be able to load it on
160.

Where are you located?  If you are somewhere in central CA, I'll come over
and show you!  Your tuner should be able to handle this configuration
without any extra capacitance (my guess, all my tuners have done it OK).
Another consideration, 160 is really not a good band during the summer, so
you have some time to come up with something.
