The source and load impedances are different. Worked out with the relative high impedance of the microphone that the two radio with different load impedances worked with the same. The output impedance of the buffer in the RigBlaster is probably considerably lower than the microphone's impedance so the different load impedances of the radios lead to different drive levels. 73, Jerry, K0CQ -- Entire content copyright Dr. Gerald N.
