Does anyone know if the receiver in the RX-350 is different from that in the
Jupiter / Pegasus? Looking at the TT info on the web, the specs are the
same, except for the sync modes ( which leads me to believe that sync
reception could be added to the Jupiter with just a firmware update ).
Assuming the receivers are the same, why are the Jupiter and the RX-350
priced within a few dollars of each other? The Jupiter includes transmit
capability. I suppose the RX-350 includes an AC power supply. It would seem
to me that since I am a ham and can use the transmit capability, that the
Jupiter is a better bargain.
