[TenTec] Model 249 Noise Blanker

I finally acquired a 249 blanker for my 544.  I have one in my 540 and have
been quite pleased with it.  It works!

The problem is I do not have the "insulating fibre card" that fits under the
board of the 249.
Any ideas as to what I can use?

Maybe some day I'll stop using Tritons and get a "new" radio------Nah.
