Always,  high voltage!  Lowest IM's that way.

And,  please  during tune up on the bands,  use a
dummy load.

For most linear transfer, and lowest output distortion
products,  after you reach max power output,  for a
given drive power,  INCREASE the load capacitance;
that is REDUCE the load variable capacitor just enough
to decrease the output power,  CW key down,  about
5% or so.  Nobody on the other end will note the power
drop,  but folks adjacent to you on the band will thank you.
