Hi Paul, It would help to know the following about your installation: Is the power supply located very close to the Jupiter? Are there local broadcast stations nearby? What kind of antenna are u using? How much amateur radio experience, if any, do you have? Ben K8DIT in NW Washington. I own a Jupiter as well as several other TT radios and theyre all working fine.
