[TenTec] The New 538v 1.18

Ive done the upgrade. Ive changed the parameters to match the requirements
for Com 1, but I dont have keyboard control over the xcvr. Have I
misunderstood something? Someone, throw me a rope
cause im in lala land with this thing!.......and Im probably not alone.
