Just got off the phone with John in service, I confessed that my four year 
old had politely torn my wind screen off of my 705 desk mike.  He asked how 
many I wanted and a shipping address.  He said anything else, I said no and 
his reply was have a good day!  Wow, I said what do I owe you and he said 
not a thing!!
I'm impressed, and I'm tough to impress!
