Please pardon my reply to the list- The mailing address didn't necessarily
look legitimate, nor does it look like it's going to the correct place, but
I'll throw in my 0.02...

Hello whoever you are...
Check the wiring connections on the fuse holder.  If they're poor, they'll
generate heat which percolates into the fuseholder, melting the fuse
element.  You also may have a shorted transformer winding which is causing
higher-than-anticipated current draw through the primary.
