[TenTec] D104 wiring problem

Astatic's site gave this wiring for the Omni 5(only one on site) pin 1- =
White, Pin 2-Shield & Blue, Pin 3-Red, NC on
yellow and Black- I wired it this way and it keyed the mike
but no modulation. Duhhhhh, what am I doing wrong/or is
this the wrong info.  Thanks in advance.  Richard NW4P
