Pete,
  The Oak Grisby part number I got from someone with
one of the 301 kits. I assume Ten-Tec made some part
changes along the way. It looks to be of good quality,
but I'm sure it's expensive if purchased new. The ones
I saw on ebay were electrically pretty much identical;
just the 1/8" shaft, and the starting price isn't bad.
Of course who knows what it might become! If you can
find some well made shaft reducers, it might just be a
cheap way to go.
