[TenTec] DIMINISHED POWER ON 10 METERS

Hi folks,
My Omni-Six Plus , for some reason, limits power output on 10 meters to only 10 
or 15 watts into dummy load.
On one sporadic occasion it worked fine at full power and on later power-ups 
and use again behaved with the low power problem.
Only on 10 meters. Before I start poking around, do any of you have some 
guiding light to shine on this situation?
