[TenTec] Paragon S-meter problem

Hi,

My paragon has the next problem;
After a while the S-meter rises slightly to S-3/4, there was a =
modification for it but I can't find it.
What I do remember is that it had something to do with the PB-unit.
Could anybody advice me?
