[TenTec] Orion Flash Update -- Cant make it go

Radio gets as far as showing "C C=000" in the display, then I get an 
error message on the PC that says "communication with the radio 
has failed".

I'm using a staight thru RS-232 cable.  Do I maybe need a null 
modem in there (e.g., wrap the Tx/Rx lines)??

Com port is set to 9600, 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit -- and I've tried 
with with all versions of flow control.

Sigh ....
