(I should check what's in the public area.)

The April and May 2003 issues of IEEE
Communications Magazine has several articles
(about 80 pages) on PLC, but no mention
of any interference from PLC _to_ 
other technologies or services, 
such as ham radio or any radio service
that I saw in a quick skim.
