It looks like this site is being hosted by a service that limits the amount
of data downloaded by visitors. It looks like it might be a free hosting
service with very limited data transfer. I visited the site and went to the
main page. A minute later, I went back to the main page and was told that
the site had exceeded it's data transfer allocation.
