Jim,  you sure have my sympathy. And to you the 500 miles or so between 
Memphis and Sevierville is "next door." But the last time I made that trip it 
took 
a full day of hard driving. Hopefully, Fedex will put it back on a plane for 
the trip to Knoxville. 30 miles from the factory and it should be a whole lot 
smoother trip.
