[TenTec] It's back -- Argo V Low output

After my success this afternoon I had an enjoyable dinner and returned to
the rig!

The problem is back.  All bands except 80 metres have low output. The
voltage drop (under load) across the fuse is approximately 0.1 to 0.2 volts.
I'd think that is fairly typical.

Anyway - it's back to the drawing board.
