[TenTec] Bavarian Contest Club review of Orion

There is a review of Orion's on-air performance in Europe that is posted to
the Bavarian Contest Club website.  BCC is Europe's biggest contesting club.
BCC president Dieter Schuster, DL8OH and Rick Westerman, DJ0IP did
some side-by-side testing with DL8OH's new Orion and some other
transceivers - Rick DJ0IP has written a 7 page report on their findings that
is now posted to the BCC website at:
