Just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean that they are NOT out to get
you... <grin>  The FCC may make some bad decisions, but they are NOT unaware
of these issues... GET A LIFE, KIDDO..!

So, why don't we drop this issue here and now so it doesn't show up on the
FCC's "Radar".  There are thousands of laws on the books which aren't
enforced
till somebody raises issues or questions with the policing authority.
