Section 3.6.1 of the Jupiter manual, Transmitter Filter Bandwidth

Press the MNU button on the front of the radio and adjust TX FILTER BW 
setting for your desired signal width.  The Jupiter has 18 available 
widths from 900 to 3900 hertz.

It's a great feature to have.
