Yes, I can see them on pp. 8-10 of EPR,
but what makes you think they are DSP-generated?

Well, a very small number of hams is aware that their receivers
have serious limits, let alone how low the limits actually are :-)

Awful "feature" indeed, comparable to the lack of PTT in CW mode,
if I read the manual correctly.

Looks like one cannot have a "software defined radio"
