I am curious. Why does a rig, that is one of the best for QSK, shorten the first dit. If it can switch from receiving to transmitting and back for every dit and dah, what is different about the first dit or dah. Why isn't the end of transmit delayed an equal amount of time as is necessary for the delay of beginning of transmit, and why is it different on the first dit?
