This is a good suggestion. I found 10 Hz steps too fine for RIT in
contesting. Some CW ops call as much as 250 Hz off frequency, and it takes
too many turns of the RIT knob at 10 Hz to bring them in. At 50 Hz, it takes
maybe 1/4 turn at most. The same setting appears to work OK for BW, though I
do prefer the ability to fine tune in order to keep the BW as wide as
possible without letting an adjacent signal under the skirts. It would be
nice if the steps for RIT and BW could be set separately in the RX menu.
