[TenTec] Jupiter and D104

I use a D104 amplified with the Pegasus and just keep the amp turned to min and 
reports are good
 from the other stations and the Pegasus is same radio but jupiter has a front 
panel.

Just do not follow the astatic wiring hand book it is incorrect wiring follow 
the ten tec manual and all will be ok.
