Hi Jason,

OK, thanks. Yeah that must be what it is. I bet I set the
sweep frequency to the small setting and then didn't realize
I had the Auto Sweep feature enabled. When I hit the tuning
dial, it would go and take off scanning.

I'll do an experiment when I get home. Glad it's not the rig!

Auto Sweep is on - hit MNU and scroll to find AUTO SWEEP and turn it off.
I have mine set for 120 wide so I can turn a fair bit but it's all
preference.
