After you installed the update program and then opened 'Update', did you
click on 'Settings' and enter the comm. port that you are using with the
Orion?

Subject: [TenTec] Problems with latest firmware download
When I try to run the downloaded update, I get the following error message:
"Can't find C:MYDOWN~1.ORIONU~1.cfg"
This is my first attempt at upgrading my ORION's firmware.
Am I doing something wrong?
I have deleted the file and downloaded it again 3 times.
I always get the same message.
It doesn't seem to find a configuration file.
What's up?
