A few months ago, I borrowed an Orion and added
support for it to the N1MM Logger (see sig).
I have now received my own Orion and am doing
some planning of what Orion-specific features
I should add to the program to support contesting.
(It is not a general-purpose Orion control program
nor a general logging program.)
Some of the ideas include:
- Requesting that TT include programatic access to
the dvk in order to support it natively.
- Allowing output power to be automatically set
by band. This is to support amplifiers that
require variable drive levels by band.
