Hello,

I have an Omni VI/Opt 3 that I use mainly on PSK31. When I first turn it
on, it takes about 20 minutes for it to become stable enough for use on PSK.
After the initial warm-up, it?s fine. However, I thought I saw a message on
here the other day about a TXCO modification for this rig to enhance the
stability. Is this a Tentec factory mod, and is it available for this rig?
Also, does this mod eliminate the initial drift? The initial drift is not
that bad, 100 ? 150 hz, and it?s not bothersome on SSB, but it is noticeable
on PSK.

73,

Bob
