More Data points on 1.37:

I have been using Sweep without any problems, although issues with Sweep
have often been coupled with other activities going on simultaneously.

A>B and B>A transfers are working fine in USB mode here.

I've been using "DX spot QSY function" and logging functions on DXBase2004
and no problems with Orion response.
