[TenTec] Orion external keying not

Now I see we have a warning showing up on the cw menu display about not
exceeding 40 wpm with an external keyer. I tried to use my bug, which I
often use, connected to the PTT input and the Orion goes nuts. Characters
are chopped off, dropped and it's totally unusable. Version 3.17
